I live on the property myself and work in the office Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. If you need local information or help with any thing I am always glad to be of service. This means that emails don't typically get answered over the weekend but we do provide a 24-hour answering service for emergencies while you are on property. Each suite is completely private so unless you want to come to the office to say 'Hello' you are left very much to yourself.

Timberlawn Apartments is a 40 unit complex with most of the units given over to executive suites used by the local industries for incoming staff and visiting clients from overseas. The landscape is fully mature and the area is quiet and even though across the street from the East Campus of Microsoft it feels almost rural. The property borders a little wild green belt so there are many birds, squirrels and rabbits and such around and in the grounds. We've even seen the odd coyote and bobcat. The landscaping is very mature and if you are lucky enough to come in the spring and summer there are flowers everywhere.

If your stay with us is 3 weeks or longer we will send in a cleaning crew to change the sheets and towels, clean the bath(s), dust and vacuum. I keep a full time maintenance person, Monday to Friday, so any issues are fixed promptly and professionally. Everyone keeps safe practices in mind with gloves and disinfectant. All of the staff at Timberlawn have been vaccinated with boosters against Covid.
