Mature landscaping surrounds a 40-unit apartment complex across the street from the Microsoft East Campus. The apartments are meticulously maintained, immaculately clean and furnished for comfort and convenience. It's a quiet neighborhood, about a mile from shopping and dining in almost every direction and minutes from freeway access to the whole northwest. Onsite management, full time maintenance and by weekly housekeeping makes your stay trouble free.

Convenient with all amenities nearby !

This is my go-to property to stay at when i visit Seattle/Eastside. The apartment is always in great condition, Thomy at the front desk is ever so helpful and makes it such a smooth process to check in. The aptmt is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood which is so close to everything one might need . I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Timberlawn Apartments in Redmond

Great location, a very helpful, responsive on-property manager, and friendly staff. A clean, well-maintained unit, with good off-street parking. Suggest the property owner add drapes in the bedrooms for better sleeping conditions, since the courtyard security lights shine through the blinds.

Quiet and Comfortable

Timberlawn is a nice place to stay. The neighborhood and complex are quiet, we felt safe, and the grounds are well kept. We felt like we were in a garden, as there were lots of colorful flowers and trees everywhere. The pool was clean, the apartment was the perfect size for two people, and Thomy, the property manager, was responsive and attentive. The unit had a fireplace which made the place cozy when it was cold. When it warmed up, we were surprised that the lower units did not have A/C, but the property manager brought over a huge fan, and the unit stayed surprisingly comfortable. There are bus stops within walking distance from the unit, and the complex is directly across the street from Microsoft. There is a nice park with access to Lake Sammamish not too far away (Idylwood Park), as well as Marymoor Park, which has a climbing wall and trails, among other things to do. Check-in was easy. There was a box we were able to access when we arrived that had an envelope with our keys, wifi password, etc. inside of it. The unit was stocked with starter toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, dish soap, and laundry soap. I was impressed with how thoughtfully organized everything was. Having the key drop made checking out easy as well. We will definitely consider Timberlawn the next time we are in the Seattle area.

Our stay

The furnished apartment worked well for my husband and I. Comfortable bed, couch and other furniture. All guest were quiet and respectful of each other and the Manager was exceptional at attending to any needs we had!

Timberlawn Apartments and Executive suites has been providing corporate housing in Redmond, Washington for over 25 years. We are a 5 star rated host and take pride in attempting to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Timberlawn is a quiet, on the smaller side, only 34 units, with a green belt on one side and directly across the street from the Microsoft East Campus on the other. Parking is always free, staff is easily contacted and housekeeping is provided every two weeks.
