I made my reservation in good faith more than a month before my planned stay. 3 days before my stay, I received a message stating "We are sorry to inform you that we are a management company and our owner client has been non-responsive. Owners, pass away or sell their units sometimes without informing us"
This put me in a position where I had to find other last minute accommodations where there were almost no available rooms anywhere in the Nashville area because Taylor Swift was performing 3 consecutive sold out nights at Nissan Stadium.
This disruption caused me to scramble to find other lodging many miles away from where I needed to be (for a business conference) at substantially more cost.
I believe these people bumped me for a more lucrative reservation so they could charge more to someone else due to the surge in demand.
