Located in the centre of Annecy, Rue Jean Jaurès, 150m from Lake Annecy, 20m from the Théâtre Bonlieu, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 2 minutes on foot: only 150 m separate the apartment from the Lake!

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and WiFi broadband at the speed of the Fiber.
Linen will be provided for your stay.

Many restaurants and shops accessible; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
There is no parking included with the apartment but 2 paying car parks are nearby: City Hall and Bonlieu less than 200 m).
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake)

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
