Check in was good, but the paper that had the QR code could be better, maybe use the same code that house is, or a better way to scan the paper.
We also found that the house was not cleaned very well, as this COVID-19. I whipped down the kitchen and the bathrooms to be sure that it was clean, as we found a dish that had a piece of meat and a sandwich was left in the refrigerator. The SPA did not heat up as we paid for the heater be turned on I called the office and ask if a person could come and look at it, but I did not hear if someone came by or not. When the trash guys came around some items came out of bags, this was before we got to the house we noticed the next morning, I called and informed the office so someone could come and clean it up. No one did.
The pool table didn't have any pool sticks had to call the office for some.
We made sure that everything was clean before we left on Monday 2-14-2022.
I would like to get money back for the heater not working on the SPA. Maybe some more pans to cook with.
