The Troubadour- Great Location

Summary:
Our charming Victorian house is the perfect spot to stay on your trip to Columbus! Enjoy an amazing location, better located than most hotels. Steps from the Short North and Italian Village, and a few minutes from Downtown Columbus. The king master suite has lots of space to spread out, and an amazing bathroom! Large kitchen for gathering and enjoying meals. Fenced in back yard for your pets. Come and make your memories at our house!

The Space:
The grand first floor has soaring ceilings, and is an inviting space to enjoy. A large kitchen/dinning room, living room, and a bedroom with full bed, + twin daybed. Also on the first floor is a half bath, and laundry room. Upstairs is a master suite with a king bed and memory foam mattress. This room has a mounted smart TV. The master bath is huge, with a soak tub, and shower.

The Neighborhood:
This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
