→ Security deposit of €300 by credit card imprint (stay < 7 nights) or by credit card collection (stay > 7 nights) asked 24h before check-in
→ No smoking apartment (penalty of €300 in case of findings of facts)
→ No partying or parties (penalty of €300 in case of findings of facts)
→ No illicit activities or activities contrary to good morals
→ Mandatory presentation of ID to confirm the presence of the main traveler specified on the reservation
→ Cleaning package for each reservation = surface cleaning + provision of clean linen
→ Pets not allowed
→ Supplement of €20 for late check-in between 9pm and 11pm
→ Supplement of €20/stay for linen/towel of the sofa bed if 2 travelers for 2 beds
