Chicken Roost is a recently renovated housing unit that is now a charming two bedroom, one bath cottage.
This spacious space sleeps up to six with one queen-size bed, two full-size beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a backyard patio and grill.
Chicken Roost is located on a camp and conference center property on a ranch with over 500 acres of wide-open spaces along the Guadalupe River. This home is one of over 20 different guest properties on the ranch. The waterfront, pool, laundry facilities & activities are all shared spaces.

Mo-Ranch offers a wide variety of sports equipment for you to use during your stay. Choose from basketball, tennis, sand volleyball, disc golf, soccer, kickball, softball, ping-pong, horseshoes, gaga ball and more!
If you come with a group of eight or more, reserve time on our ropes course. Activities include scaling a 35-foot climbing wall, zipping down our 480-foot zip line, archery and rappelling off the catwalk. Mo-Ranch also boasts breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country.
Take a walk — or drive — to Inspiration Point to take in the views and get some peace and quiet. The catwalk is also a great place to take in the views.
