Enjoy the amazing mountain views from most every window in this home! 3 Br 2 Bath with privacy and plenty of parking. Master suite and gourmet kitchen will make you feel right at home. A short drive to the lake, casinos, hiking trails and Heavenlys Boulder Lodge parking lot. Gourmet kitchen, fireplace, huge private patio and BBQ. Downstairs hottub is accessible by outdoor stairs, please be aware that during winter months these stairs may be covered in snow. House has WIFI, YouTube TV and Rokus.
NO PETS/EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS owner has allergies

Good place for family

We had a wonderful time. Quiet location and only 12 minutes drive to the store, 30 minutes to the snow slide. It was very easy to communicate with the owner of the place, Amanda. My only request to clean the dishwasher, as the dishes did not wash well. And would be great to have a starter for the fireplace, it was not easy to keep the fire in the fireplace.

Phenomenal Place with Amazing View

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Amanda’s place. It was the perfect venue for our weekend getaway. The house had amazing views and the balcony is a special treat to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. It’s only a short 10 minute drive to Lake Tahoe and all the fun filled activities in town. The hot tub was an excellent way to relax after a day of exploring and hiking. The place was clean and spacious with an amazing kitchen. Amanda was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very friendly. If you and your guests are looking for the perfect Tahoe getaway location, look no further, you have found it at Amanda’s place! Highly recommend

The property located in the hills of a very nice neighborhood in Tahoe surrounded.

The home was clean on arrival and had complimentary amenities . My family and I enjoyed the family area with the games and hung out on the large deck surrounding most of the home. The hot tub was a nice addition to enjoy during our visit. The instructions for the use of the home, entrance and exit details were very easy and simple. We certainly enjoyed our stay and may return in the future.
