The Orchard Villa in Temecula with Hiking & U-Pick

Take an early morning hike on the farm grounds whilst surrounded by thousands of Lemon and Tangerine trees. Gaze at the twinkling stars & constellations during the chilly night. Our house is located in the beautiful Temecula Valley. We have a vast fruit farm which produces thousands of pounds fruit annually. If you hike during your stay here, you can eat the fresh and organic Tangerines and Lemons along the trail. This beautiful orchard house is isolated, spacious, & perfect for your next stay.

The space
The house has 4 rooms (about 1800 sqft) all decorated with love. The rooms contain wireless charging ports, spacious closets, and comfy beds. There is also an outdoor patio that can be used for outdoor dining, morning yoga, stargazing, and anything your mind can think of. Our property can be used to host large parties, friendly gatherings, and weddings. And at the same time, it is also comfortable enough to accommodate the entire family. You can reach Oceanside and San Diego within an hour. This house is located fairly close to the Temecula wine county, Temecula shopping area, Pechanga resort and casino, and highways 15 and 215, with convenient transportation.

Guest access
-The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a separate bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with queen-size and full-size beds. The third room has 2 single twin beds. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom, which allows you to ensure privacy and safety during the party. The bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, ,body wash, body lotion, soap, hand wash and hair dryer. The Beautifully decorated house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a Dyson vacuum cleaner, a DeLonghi coffee machine, a coffee cup, a kettle, a rice cooker, a microwave oven, a stovetop, a refrigerator, tableware, etc. There is also a laundry room next to the kitchen with a washing machine and Dryer.
-For entertainment, there is a large flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and 2 sets of family sofas.
-We have barbecue grills in the patio perfect for preparing a delicious dinner.
-You can pick tangerines and lemons on our farm. If you need to take them away, tangerines and lemons will be sold to you at a price of $1.5/lb. and $1/lb. respectively.
-You can also do many other things here: wine tasting, hot air balloons, golf, Pechanga Casino, shopping in the historic old town, horse riding, etc.

Other things to note
-Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or odors.
-Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dbA during the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9:00 PM. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM-8:00 AM. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
-Party or event with more than ten guests is absolutely prohibited during your occupancy. Holding an event without receiving prior approval, permit or permission from us is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy.
-Absolutely no pets are allowed at this property at any time. If an unauthorized pet is on the premises, the guest will be assessed a fine of $200. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be the responsibility of the guest.
-All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins. All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher upon departure. Any dishes that are left for the housekeeping staff or that are put away still dirty will incur a charge of $150.
-Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask us for cost and availability.
- Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.
- You are responsible for keeping your valuables safe at all times. Guests agree to follow any and all House, as well as any and all rules of the Homeowners Association where the property is located, and any and all City or County ordinances in the area where the property is located. The guest acknowledges that there may be periodic patrols and security monitoring to ensure that rules are followed.
