Comfortable retreat

The space was clean and comfortable, and well supplied with the tools you might need. Very comfortable couch. Not an issue for us (and the bed was very comfortable), but one of the two beds is very high, so might be a challenge for someone with any mobility issues. The hot tub was lovely. The neighborhood is quiet, and a close drive to wonderful restaurants. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, and I look forward to when I get to stay again!

Perfect for a small family!!

We loved our time here!! The house was super clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and we were provided plenty of supplies. The hot tub was well maintained and very nice to relax in after a day of hiking and exploring! We would absolutely stay here again;

Quaint, clean, and comfortable

The location was close to Colorado College, which was convenient for us, but it was a little far from downtown if you want to wslk to restaurants. But the place was clean and comfortable, and the landlord responded quicjly when we needed things. The backyard and hot tub were a highlight.

Honeymoon Bliss

We came for our honeymoon and this property was perfect for what we wanted. It was incredibly clean and had enough household items for us to cook and clean with. The hot tub was the absolute best part. It’s in a great part of town that’s clean and quiet, and sightseeing places and stores were all within 20 minutes. We would stay here again if we ever came back!!

Great bungalow in Old North neighborhood

First thing I saw, was an app that manage the entire stay. It might be problematic for technophobes but I thought it was terrific. It had all the codes, instructions and lots of information at your fingertips. House is very clean. Backyard is kind of dead given the season, but the hot tub was great Highly recommend.

Our stay

Toilets kept backing up into the tub. Tub and shower filled with waste and held all night. Couldn’t shower. Finally drained next morning then did it again. Beds were the worst beds I’ve ever laid in. Netflix that was on the tv was all in Spanish.

So Awesome!

The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and everyone we saw was friendly. I LOVED the kitchen! Can't wait to stay here again!

Love the stay!!

It was such a cute home in a very cute neighborhood. It was well stocked with seasonings, shower products. Which was awesome! The outdoor seating area was amazing, me and my boyfriend ate out there almost every meal. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. The only problem was we couldn’t lock the main door, so we had to go through the back which was fine. But the management was so helpful and quick to respond. Next time we’re in Colorado Springs we’ll definitely be staying here again 💗

Wonderful Stay

This was a very clean, well maintained place. Great location- close to lots and the interstate. Contacted property manager about broken lightbulbs outside and were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again

Nice house in a central location.

Home was a good fit for the four of us. Good location for getting around town. Was there for softball tournament and was a practice field 2 min from home. Grocery and liquor store close and nice. Home had good kitchen.
