Needs total overhaul
The house was NOT clean when we arrived. Had to spend a day cleaning the areas we use. The kitchen was dirty…hair and food in the refrigerator, food on pizza pan in oven, food pieces around garbage drawer, food drips down the cabinets. The master bathroom had hair in the drain and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. In most bathrooms the counter hadn’t been cleaned and there was toothpaste splatter. There was dust on every table and the outside grill needs to be replaced…it’s unusable.
The house is large and very comfortable so it’s a shame the owner hasn’t kept up with maintenance and cleanliness. It looks as if they use it as a storage area. There were so many dishes and “stuff” in the kitchen…which is large and bright….that we only had one shelf for food items. The closets are crammed full with some space to hang clothes. The laundry room is disorganized with towels, sheets, and cleaning supplies in disarray. There are years of magazines everywhere. The house needs a thorough cleaning inside and out.
