Stay and play in style at Ninth Tee—your front-row seat to the fairways of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club. With uninterrupted course views, spacious indoor-outdoor living, a private putting green and walking access to town, beaches and wineries, this is a golf-lover’s dream and a perfect all-season escape for families or friends. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, BBQ grill, and off-street parking.
Welcome to Ninth Tee, a sleek and sunlit home that captures the essence of relaxed South West living. Set directly on the lush fairways of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club, you’ll be a short walk from the town centre, the Golf Club and Restaurant, and close to the beautiful beaches of Geographe Bay. A putting green gives you a chance to perfect your short game, and the open lawn, with no back fence to block the view, leads directly onto the golf course.
The living space is anchored by a plush lounge and smart TV, while ducted air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort. The adjoining dining area is set beneath a raked ceiling and flows out to an expansive covered alfresco, complete with an outdoor dining table, BBQ, and café blinds so you can entertain in every season. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with stone benchtops, breakfast bar seating, and all the essentials for cooking up a feast. Whether you’re prepping post-golf snacks or a wine-region-inspired dinner, you’ll have everything you need. A separate theatre room offers the perfect escape for movie nights or downtime, comfortably furnished with soft seating and a second TV.
The four bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across the home for privacy and space. The primary suite features a king bed, ceiling fan, direct access to the backyard, and a spacious ensuite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a queen, and the third includes a sturdy bunk bed ideal for kids. Another king room can be configured as two singles on request, offering flexibility for families or groups. The main bathroom is modern and practical with a bath, shower, and plenty of bench space.
A spacious laundry area is available for longer stays, and the driveway offers secure off-street parking.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
