Walking distance to to downtown Dewey and just a little over one mile to downtown Rehoboth to enjoy the Boardwalk, shops and great restaurants. Amenities include a relaxing screened porch, deck with charcoal grill, living room with a futon, dining, powder room and laundry room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor features an ensuite bedroom with a king bed and 3/4 bath along with a full hall bath and two more bedrooms with 1 queen and 3 twins (1 set bunks + 1 twin).
