PARKING: There is one reserved parking spot marked #707. There is extra parking for a second car by the community pool.
AMENITIES: 21 Ocean Drive offers bike racks, tennis courts, a pool, a marina, a kayak launch, a tot lot, and a private beach with access directly across the street. Community amenities ($150 amenity fee) include an outdoor pool, tennis, marina, and pier for kayak, as well as canoe launches.
THINGS TO KNOW: Coin-operated laundry services are on site. Linens are not supplied, but we offer a rental package to guests. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024943404. Damage waiver: There are steps inside the condo. The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
