Nestled down a private road, it’s family-friendly, accessible, and perfect for relaxing getaways or fun weekends. Enjoy a large hot tub, cozy fireplace, huge deck, stunning fire pit with pretty lights, and over a hectare of gardens. Walk to cafes, restaurant, shops, and waterfalls, or explore nearby Leura (10 mins drive) & Katoomba's national parks (15mins drive). Peaceful and welcoming — your ideal mountain escape.
The space
Waratah House is a stunning four-bedroom mountain home with a mixture of Queen, Double and single beds. All rooms come with the highest quality bedding and blackout blinds for a peaceful and luxurious sleep.
Conveniently located all on one level, it offers easy accessibility for guests of all ages. Perfect for families, the property is close to a wide range of local amenities, including a kids play park, pump track, tennis courts, swimming pool, shops, cafes, markets as well as local trails and waterfalls, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

This is a whole house with full disabled access. There is a large drive and plenty of parking.
