~ A Beautiful Queen bed, cosy linen and with bedside tables. This bedroom faces the backyard and offers very pleasant views

Considerations for locality and neighbours:
Parties are not permitted at our property. If one happens, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged, and it could mean the immediate end of your stay without a refund, plus a $3000 fine.
Please keep the noise level down between 9pm and 7am to help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. If we receive a complaint from a neighbor, it could lead to a $1000 penalty and an early end to your stay without refund. Since we are in a residential area, we ask that you be mindful of the neighbors.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Any signs of smoking may result in additional fees.
