This first-floor unit of a duplex that has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second has two double beds. There is a living room with couches/chairs and a TV, a dining room table for 6, futon (sleeps additional 2) and a kitchen. The unit is newly renovated. Plenty of street parking.
