The downstairs floorplan is an open one, flowing from the Entryway to the Kitchen, to the Dining Area, to the Living Room, and out to the Patio. The kitchen offers stainless steel full sized appliances and ample counter space for cooking a meal after a day at the beach or a quick bit before hitting the pool. The kitchen is full stocked with pots, pans, and cookware so there is nothing to pack from home. The dining table sits six, while additional bar seating is at available at the Kitchen counter. The living room features a large flat screen TV above the mantel and plus 2 ouches, and a recliner to ensure plenty of space for watching TV and relaxing in front of the fireplace. The Patio seating is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.
The first floor Master Suite bedroom offers a King-sized bed and patio access from the bedroom. The first-floor bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.

The first bedroom has a Twin daybed. The second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed with balcony access. The third bedroom features an additional Master Suite with a King sized bed and balcony access. There is also a set of toddler bunkbeds (5 ft mattresses) in the hallway for the little ones.

The upstairs balconies offer peaceful views of the complex and the beach is only a short walk away from the townhome. You can even use the heated outdoor shower to leave the sand outside! No need to bring your own beach chairs either, this unit includes a seasonal beach set up of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella with your stay. Check out the outside bin next to the townhome where you can find some beach toys and extra beach chairs and carts. You have access to the complex pool, which is only steps from the unit and seasonally heated, and tennis courts as well!
