Villa Mendula is situated in Žerava, a quiet town between the historic city Nin and the touristic centre Zadar. The luxurious villa surrounded by lush greenery with an amazing panoramic view is perfect for large families or friend groups who want to experience a lavish vacation in Croatia.

The 410m2 large Villa Medula was built on 2500m2 of land in a secluded rural area. Being able to house up to 26 guests in 3 duplex apartments, the villa is perfect for a joint family experience. Villa Mendula features 13 bedrooms, of which 7 are equipped with queen sized beds, while the remaining 6 have 2 single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed if necessary. There are also 12 en-suite bathrooms with showers and all necessary bathroom appliances. In each duplex apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a modern style living room with sat TV perfect for relaxation during hot summer day. Some additional services such as a catering service, a private chef, a party organizer for special events, a live DJ, excursions, and car/boat rentals may be provided upon demand.

The courtyard of the Villa Mendula features an 80m2 heated swimming pool surrounded by no less than 20 sun loungers. The lovely terrace with a comfortable seating area and a barbecue is ideal for enjoying some freshly grilled meals. Our youngest guests will find a playground with a trampoline on the premise for a maximally fun time.
