Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.

Please do not leave kids unattended close to the hot tub. Preferably, it is advisable to keep the kids away from the hot tub for safety reasons

Also note that there is another Airbnb apartment with a separate side entrance at the basement. The apartment is separate from this listing. It has its own amenities and won’t be in your way all through your stay.
