There is even a cozy Fireplace, *Available in the off-season, for those chilly Off-Season stays - one of our favorite times in Ocean City. Relax and reconnect in this spacious Condo, featuring an open floor plan that is great for the whole gang to spread out. The Living Area opens to a large furnished Ocean View Balcony, ideal for enjoying ocean breezes with your morning coffee. With beach access just a short stroll away, you'll love the convenience and stunning views.

Mealtime is made easy in the gourmet kitchen, featuring gleaming Granite Countertops, warm wood cabinets, and high-end Stainless Appliances. This well-equipped space offers comfort and style for the family chef. The spacious Dining Area and Breakfast Bar provide ample room for shared meals or quick bites before heading to the Beach. For those who prefer not to cook on vacation, there are numerous dining options nearby, including the many dining options of Fenwick, DE.

Avalon 403 comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children without anyone feeling crowded. The Primary Bedroom, located just off the Living Area, will have you feeling as if you're a million miles away - right down to the regal Attached Bath! Featuring a comfortable King Bed, beachy Coastal Furnishings, a Flat Screen TV, and Balcony access, you may never want to leave this room. Slip out in the evening and watch the stars twinkle while you enjoy a glass of wine and the cool ocean breeze. THIS is how Vacations should be! The Spa-like Primary Bath has a large Soaking Tub as well as a Walk-in Shower for your convenience.

Down the Hall you will find Bedrooms 2 and 3 and TWO more Full Baths! Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen Beds and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3 is a great space for your special little loved ones with a Full over Full Bunk Bed and another Flat Screen TV.
