Brand new home, new community of Seton. Rather quiet, yet close to the most important public facilities. Peaceful, spacious, family friendly home, away from home!
Visit parks, playgrounds, cafes, restaurants, shopping, YMCA and South Health Campus, all within few minutes drive! Calgary downtown and Calgary Airport is less than 30mins drive away. Some form of noise is always a possibility.
The space
Along with full access type one bedroom basement suite, this is a five-bedroom house with a king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two queen bedrooms, a second full bathroom, in-suite laundry, and a cozy den on the upper, plus a spare bedroom/study with a desk and comfy sofa bed. The full kitchen is well-equipped, and the living area is very comfortable.
