Modern 5 BD Rental with Spectacular Rooftop!

This four-story San Diego piece of art will make your stay in San Diego truly unforgettable. This home come equipped with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, flat screen TVs, ultra comfy beds, and multiple patios. The spectacular rooftop deck is available for your enjoyment to watch breathtaking sunsets across Downtown San Diego and the Pacific Ocean. Located in the heart of Little Italy, you are surrounded by some of San Diego's best restaurants and bars, and nightlife!

Ground floor has 2 queen beds. There is a bathroom on this level as well.

The second floor has the living room/dining room/kitchen with lots of great natural light. There is a patio on this floor as well that gets great sun with outdoor furniture.

Floor three has three more bedrooms:
ROOM 1: Modern bunk beds with 1 TWIN + 1 FULL
ROOM 2: Queen bed
ROOM 3: Twin size day bed with trundle bed if needed.

Floor four has the master suite with a huge closet. KING SIZE BED.

There is also a private terrace for the master suite.

Floor five provides an amazing rooftop with sweeping views of the water, downtown San Diego and much more.

There are three bathrooms: one has a bathtub, shower and toilet. The other two have a shower and toilet.

Great home with an AMAZING location!

The house is great, four floors plus a rooftop deck. Lots of stairs but manageable. The location is amazing! Little Italy is RIGHT there! There was a farmers market just outside the door on Wednesday and Saturday. Only downfall is there wasn’t air conditioning but the windows being open kept it cool, and as others have mentioned the church bells from across the street start at 0655. Definitely would stay again!

Very individualized

Very spacey and comfortable for each individual toi have their own space. TV is every room so that the choice of entertainment was convenient. Big enough kitchen for a few to be assigned Breakfast lunch and dinner. Walking distance to enjoy some of the Little Italy festivities. Walking distance to the beach front. Parking needs to be addressed, thats the only hiccup

We had a fantastic weekend , House beautiful , Multi level plenty of room for 9 people , roof TOP has amazing view , We got everything We needed. Restaurant are walking distance , great restaurant , bars. Went for a boat ride only 10mins Drive and So as the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Host was very kind to let us Chk in earlier and was able to leave our luggages until We departed. Very accommodating.

Great way to explore San Diego

My wife and my four teenage kids just stayed here and had a great experience. First, the house is super comfortable and is very pretty. The views of the city from the three patios are amazing. The location is wonderful as there are tons of dining options within easy walking distance from the house. If you have a family member with trouble navigating stairs you should be aware that you will be going up and down stairs a lot in this house. Even though you are in a bustling city, the house is very serene and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their rooms. Urban Sands was great with communication and ensured we had everything ready for our visit. Checkout was the easiest I have experienced in a house rental. They are great to work with! I highly recommend this house and would be happy to visit here again!
