Spacious 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath boasts vaulted ceilings with sun pouring in, 280 degree view of the LI Sound, central air, and 3 huge decks The top deck right off the kitchen allowing you to entertain and BBQ on a massive deck with spectacular water views at sunset. Top of the line wifi in and outside of the house. Bike riding, beaches and an outdoor shower for when you come home. Smart TV's in every room. Comfortably sleeps 8

Quiet Getaway

Our family enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at the property. The house (and kitchen) was well-stocked with all the tools you would need to enjoy a peaceful getaway and make some great family meals. The house felt very clean and welcoming. Sanitizer was conveniently placed on each floor, which was appreciated.

Excellent location for wine tasting in the North Fork of LI. The home Is close to the beach with beautiful views of the water. It was a pleasure interacting with the owner when necessary.

Great view and open living space.

We stayed for three nights for a family wedding in nearby Greenport. The upstairs living space looks out over the trees to the sound for sunsets. Only complaint is the street doesn't have direct access to the beach. It's a short quarter mile walk down the road to the public beach.

This property was spectacular ~ The views were breathtaking ~ House was more beautiful than we could have imagined ~ Loved the location as we enjoyed many walks to the beach with our granddaughter ~ The house was so bright and sunny with all the window views ~ Would love to visit again ~ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location for relaxing beach weekend on the North Fork

Our group of six adults thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location in the heart of North Fork wine country but also near the beach for Labor Day Weekend. The pictures are accurate. It is well-stocked with towels, beach towels and linens. The home has an excellent set up to relax on one of the decks with beautiful views including of the sunset. Ian is helpful and very responsive. We would definitely return!

Great Stay

The house was great. So close to the beach a short drive to vinyards, Mattituck, Greenport and more. We would highly recommend. The owners were so helpful too and very responsive to our questions. Very easy, seamless stay:)

Family Wedding

We were attending a family wedding in the area. This house was perfect for our stay - conveniently located for activities in Southold and Greenport. House was impeccably clean and comfortable. Views at sunset were great. Ian was responsive and easy to deal with. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great property and host

Excellent stay. Great house Beautiful water views. We enjoyed the fire pit and the grill. Owner is extremely helpful and prompt to any request. We can’t wait to come back for another stay.

Lovely place to stay.

This property was lovely. The amenities were great and the property manager was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing get a way by the beach!! The wineries in the area were wonderful too!!

Will definitely rent again

Ian’s house was wonderful. We had 6 celebrating a birthday and it was perfect! House is even nicer in person and the location was great! Walk to the beach or the elbow room and not A far drive to wineries and brewery. I would recommend it as I will definitely be renting his house again.
