Great family vacation spot!

The room was very comfortable, exactly as described, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the lazy river was exceptional. The only negative we experienced was that the slide was only open for one day during our stay (which wasn't that big a draw back as I didn't have to stand and watch my 4 year old go on it repeatedly!).

The worst experience

We booked a room that was supposed to be oceanfront l 10 MONTHS in advance. Paid in full at time of booking. When we arrived, the room was not oceanfront, and there was poor communication between the front desk and our host. I requested a partial refund, and they only offered to cover not even one full night. We have toddlers and confirmed ahead of time that the room was ocean front since we cannot be out in the sun for a long duration, and planned to watch the fireworks from our balcony, and with our little ones. On the first day they said they would do what they could to get us moved so we didn’t unpack until the 2nd day of our stay. Our experience was completely ruined.

Beach Vacay 2021

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham. From the pools, to the Italian ice stand on your way out to the beach, to never waiting more than a minute or two for an elevator. It is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. The only downside was that we didn’t have a balcony. The listing doesn’t say balcony, however it also does make it clear that there isn’t one.

Taken advantage of

We asked and the pictures showed in the other bedroom 2 beds. We did not have the second bed. We were also forced into staying an extra day. I said that would be fine. The extra bed for how many days we stayed made the place uncomfortable. We had no way to challenge or fix issue. We were not pleased with this whole process.
