The Willow Breeze Cabin on the White River- Side B

Willow Breeze is a beautiful 2-story cabin located directly on the White River in Allison. It's remote enough to feel secluded yet just minutes from the city center in Mtn View. Fully furnished, large lawn leading down to the water's edge, expansive back porch with generous Adirondack seating, grill, and firepit.

(Note: The entire house can be rented, see additional listing)

The space

Fabulous view of the river, quiet area, fully furnished to feel like home, premium linens and quality bedding, wifi, Roku TV to login and stream your favorite apps, full kitchen, complimentary snacks & coffee.

Side B consists of a
Downstairs: kitchen, living/dining area, half balf
Upstairs: Bedroom 1(king bed), Bedroom 2(1 queen bed, trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses), Full bathroom (tub/shower), & Laundry Room (full-size washer/dryer), & Private balcony off Bedroom 2.

Guest access

Side B of the duplex(left side of home & driveway). The locked owner/supply closet under the stairs is off-limits to guests and will incur charges for missing items or damage.

Other things to note

Thank you for considering our cabin on the river. A few tidbits to consider prior to booking. Yes, there can be wild animals, bugs, spiders, and more. We're enjoying the serene life in their backyards, after all. While that can be eye-opening for some, we find our guests love truly being in nature and all that it can come with. River water levels can also fluctuate depending on the time of year.
No credits or refunds will be given in the event you experience this during your stay as this is out of our control as hosts. Exterior cameras are in use for the protection of our guests and property. Come enjoy the quiet natural setting, and let me know if I can answer any other questions.

Be respectful of neighbors and standard quiet time hours(10pm) No smoking inside or outside of the property No pets No parties or events of any kind.
All trash must be bagged and placed in bins **The backyard swing is the neighbors. You will be billed if cameras find your group damaged or broke it.
No Parking on grass There is a $500 fee for each rule not followed. Additional cleaning fees may also be applied. Outdoor security cameras are in use.

Riverside R & R

The approach was a little ominous as we arrived after dark, but the cabin was perfect! It’s remote, but there are friendly full-time neighbors around, so you don’t feel completely alone in the wild. The balcony and porch overlooking the river was made for morning coffee time. So beautiful and peaceful. Be sure to bring marshmallows for the fire pit!

Gorgeous River View

Each morning waking up to the majestic White River, I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. What a serene and picturesque place to vacation! The back porch overlooks an expansive backyard facing the blue-green, swiftly flowing river and extensive woodland on the opposite bank. A fire pit surrounded by bench seating was a draw for the whole family. We came to the area to visit the Ozark mountains and were blown away by our experience. We drove one hour to the Buffalo National River for a rafting excursion. The OK Trading Post was only ten minutes away and outfitted our group for a horseback trail ride through the Ozark National Forest. Blanchard Springs Caverns Recreation Area was a twenty minute drive from the cabin. At Blanchard Springs, the Mirror Lake Hiking Trail, and tour of the living cave system was a highlight of the vacation. The location of this cabin was the perfect launch point for these adventures, and many more. The cabin itself was well appointed. We stayed in Side A, which had two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs sufficiently furnished to accommodate 6 people. Downstairs was a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, plenty of seating, and a very functional galley kitchen. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to serve our cooking needs, although there is no dishwasher so we did have to take turns hand-washing the dishes. Luckily the water heater provided extremely hot water in amounts ample enough to ensure we never had a cold shower. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for a fun and relaxing family getaway.
