Beautiful large home on the Nubble with Water views throughout!

This is the perfect home for a multi-generation family vacation!

This large home is situated on a private road, directly on the Nubble and across the street from the ocean. Enjoy the (partial) ocean views and only a 5-minute walk to Long Sands beach. Short Sands beach and the Nubble Lighthouse are both a 10-minute walk. When you are not at the beach you can enjoy your time outside on the 900 sq. ft. warp around deck.

The ground floor has a garage to store your beach toys. The living area includes a den room with a TV and a table for playing games. This is a great place for the kids to get away and have a place to play. There is also a bedroom with 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom with a shower.

The 2nd floor has an open kitchen with an island, granite countertops, a gas stove, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen opens to a 32 x 16' living room with access to the deck from either the kitchen or living room. The Master Bedroom is on this floor with a king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a custom walk-in shower and soaking tub. There is also access to the deck from the master bedroom.

The 3rd floor has an open area with 4 twin beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a common bathroom. All rooms have large spacious closets.

Other great features include:

Classic shingle-style beach house. Fully stocked kitchen paper goods supplied. Bed and bath sheets and towels provided. Hairdryers in each bathroom and make-up mirrors. 10 beach chairs, a large cooler, beach wagon, beach umbrella, and several boogie boards

10This spacious accomdation was a perfect fit for our family -6 adults and 4 children.All we did was pack our bags and everyting else was there waiting for us to enjoy this beautiful home. From beach chairs,umbrellas,beach cart to kitchen needs, bathroom amenities, games and the list goes on and on.Thank you we had a beautiful relaxing getaway with lot's of lasting memories

Beautiful and Clean!

I really appreciated how this house was so well stocked with toiletries, personal care items, kitchen items, linens and beach equipment. I also felt very comfortable as it was sparkling clean everywhere. The wrap around deck was amazing, perfect for sitting down with a nice glass of wine after a day at the beach. There’s also a lovely back yard to play games. The master bedroom and shower were terrific, and the room with the four twin beds was great for the 4 girls. The bottom floor suite was perfect for our visiting teenage nephew.

York Beach June/July

We had a great time at this property with an extended family get together. The property itself was impeccable as advertised and had everything needed for our stay. Literally all we needed to bring was our luggage.Communication with the host was clear, accurate, and timely and there were no surprises. The 5-6 minute walk to both Long Sands and Short Sands Beaches and the local shops and restaurants were perfect for what we were looking for. With grandchildren in ages ranging from 2 to 16 there was something for everyone within a short walk. No car trips needed.We're looking forward to a repeat stay at this property in the future.

We have been vacationing with our children for over 20 years then this has been the best kitchen set up in any of the houses we’ve stayed at. The knives were actually sharp, the pots and pans were excellent, and the kitchen was stocked with cling wrap, aluminum foil, trash bags, and just about everything we needed. I will say, that most places, including this rental are going to Keurig machines for coffee and tea. We actually went out and bought an inexpensive coffee maker. . Great place for a family!

Our stay was lovely! The place was clean and well equipped! The location is great, within walking distance to Long Sands, Short Sands and the arcade. Our family loved the chance to relax in the spacious house and cook in the well kept kitchen. The weather was great also!

Best vacation in a long time!!!

The property was perfect for a party of ten ;five adults and five children. The house came equipped with absolutely everything and was beautifully appointed. We had a ball!!

My husband and I do quite a few Vrbo’s. This was far the best one we have ever stayed in. Kerry had thought of everything! You only need to pack your clothes and get food. Attention to detail was definitely noticed. Perfect place for the whole extended family. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Gorgeous getaway

The house was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean when we arrived and the owners even bought my husband a bottle of his favorite whiskey since they knew we were celebrating his birthday. The owners were extremely responsive, organized and accommodating. The house was right in the middle of both main areas in York — a short walk or bike ride to the Long Sands beach or the other way to the lighthouse and downtown shops. Highly recommend!

Incredible!

We had *such* a wonderful time at this house. The hosts anticipated pretty much every possible need--it was the best stocked house we have ever come across. The location was superb, as it was close enough to everything for us to walk to the beaches, but also right off the main street so it never felt crazy. The deck was beyond compare and the outdoor space was perfect. We had a really rainy week and ages ranging from 3 to 81, which could create some very big problems when the beaches aren't available due to weather. But between the outdoor and indoor space, everyone was able to get both the family and alone time that they needed. Definitely 5 stars.

Amazing week at a great house

We had an amazing week staying at this house. The house is exactly as listed and even better in person. The house was clean, beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Our group of 7 fit comfortably in the house, with room to spare. The large deck was such a nice extension of the house. We had many meals at the table on the deck. There was ample sitting areas for everyone too. We loved all the umbrellas to give a little shade from the sun while sitting out on the rocking chairs. The house has so many well thought out extras to make your stay easier. The beach wagon was so key to our daily trips to the beach. There were plenty of games to keep my kids occupied. We couldn’t have been happier with the house. The owners were easily reachable throughout the week. The house is in a perfect location. It was a 7 minute walk to Long Sands Beach, a 10-15 minute walk to Short Sands Beach and my favorite, the Nubble Lighthouse was just up the road. So glad we rented this house and we’re able to create so many amazing memories on our vacation.

Great house, great location!

We stayed for a week as a multi-generational family (ages 2 - 80+) - the house was great! Lots of room to spread out, a great fully fenced-in backyard + fire pit for s'mores, and fully stocked with anything and everything we needed for the beach! We were able to make the walk down to Long Sands and downtown no problem (5 & 8yr olds handled the walk just fine!). The house was clean and stocked from the kitchen to bathrooms and games. There was an internet outage during our stay due to some storms rolling through and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the house, we would definitely consider staying again when we return to York!

The owner thought of EVERYTHING

Seriously, we only needed our clothes. The house is appointed beautifully. We enjoyed the wrap around deck with plenty of seating and the stunning fire pit in the backyard during the evening. Walking to the beach was Easy Peasy, even with a 2 & 4 year old. We loved every second and our week flew by. Can’t wait to go back again next year!

Great Family Vacation

We loved our stay in York Maine. This house has a great location and was very well stocked with everything we needed. The owners thought of everything to give you the comfort of your own home whether you were traveling from somewhere near or far. Wonderful Family Vacation in York, Maine

After 20 months of being apart from our daughter, son-in-law and grandson, our family wanted to be all together near the beach and chose Carol’s house In York. And what a perfect house it was for all of us to be together.
