Kihei Kai Nani Resort. Apartment recently remodeled by interior designer. Beautiful one bedroom one bathroom that accommodate 4 people with brand new queen sleeper sofa in the living room and brand new king bed with soft 3” memory foam mattress in the bedroom. A/C in the living room and bedroom make your sleeping comfortable with cool air. New washer/drier inside the apartment. New cherry kitchen cabinets, granite slab countertops, granite backsplash, tile floors in every room with area rags. Everything you need for cooking ( pots, pens, plates, silverware, oils, spices etc.) Coffee maker & toaster. Very strong 5G WiFi work can be done with out any problems. New A/Cs in bedroom and living room. Walk in granite shower in the bathroom. Corner unit that is bigger when usual units and has more windows overlooking beautiful garden and many palm trees. Main floor with beautiful big grass lanai. Steps away from Kamaole 2 beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. Very good location in South Kihei ( walking distance to famous Wailea) Amazing for parents with kids who can run out of the patio door on the big grass lanai and play.

Steps from the very good soft white send beach Kamaole2 and restaurants but still very quiet and private. We provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Tommy Bahama umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie boards , big and small coolers and beach towels. Wagon to move all this from the unit to the beach. Bedding and towels taken away and kept at list 2-3 days, after professional laundry returned back. For every new guest used completely fresh set. Unit have everything you need for deep cleaning .

Great location

Condo was in a great location; easy walking to the beach (across the street), restaurants and little shop’s within walking. Condo was perfect for 2, stayed fairly cool due to sun not directly coming thru windows. Owners were very quick to respond and very nice. Would stay here again!

Good Stay and Great Location

We enjoyed staying at the property for the 3 days we were in Maui. Kihei is a wonderful location that is very walkable. The property is 3 minutes from the beach and near a lot of shops and restaurants. We did have some issues checking in the place but those issues were resolved and we had a great rest of the stay.

Location Location Location

Location was amazing 4 minute walk from our favorite Maui beach. Condo was well appointed from comfortable bed and pillows , bath linens,kitchen cook and eating ware. We also enjoyed the outside garden space with close proximity to clean gas grill. Recommend for future stays to friends and family.

Good location in Kihei

Good location for two people. Spacious and just as described. Roosters will wake you up early but that is likely the case in most areas of Kihei. Beach is right across the street and restaurants are next door. Good selection of beach gear provided which was a plus!

The place is outstanding in every way!

An amazing place! I arrived to the condo and was very glad that I chose this super clean and well appointed home. Tianna gave me the code right on time and answered any questions before and during the stay. It’s nice that it has a washer and dryer combo in the condo. Really the place had everything that a person, couple or family would need. Also the A/C in the bedroom was a blessing. The private patio and being close by the bbq was extra nice. The beach, shopping and restaurants were just 3 minutes walk from the condo door but at the same time place was very peaceful and quiet. The pool was big, peaceful and just steps from the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone and I plan to be back soon. 5 stars on every level!

Great location, good unit

The location is great, beaches incl some snorkeling spots are in the walking distance, plenty of stores and caffees around. The host provided us with all we needed and not needing to buy beach equipment which was very nice. We liked our stay and would recommend the place to a friend. For the full disclosure can confirm the unit is on the shady side so it's dark but probably does not heat up as much as it could otherwise. If you are a light sleeper, be aware of the noise from other units and the fact that the ACs are window-based so forget about sleeping with AC on in the night. Despite all of that, it was a good stay

Nice unit, great location

Arrived to the unit and noticed used towels on the floor, no toilet paper, beach towels hanging on the rack outside, and a bed that didn’t look freshly cleaned. I contacted the host, and she quickly responded and took action. A cleaner showed up within 30 mins and stated that she was not told that she had a check in today. We had to leave the unit for her to do a quick clean up. I asked if I could get a refund on cleaning fee since obviously it was not cleaned prior to arrival. The listing is misleading as it says “bedding and towels taken away”. Host refused to issue refund. She said cleaner came and had to be paid. She also said, I was asking for my stay to be free, which is totally not true. I only requested for cleaning fee of $135 to be refunded. Other than the cleaning issue, the location is great, unit is nice and well equipped, and communication was good.

Disgustingly filthy condo.

This host has no pride in this condo. She does not care about her guests. She didn't even even send us the code to enter the condo, so our experience from the start was stressful. Sticky surfaces everywhere. Beach chairs stained. Blankets for the bed are gross. Toilet seat had a thick yellow crust, from urine, in the toilet seat lid. Little bugs on the counters. Both AC units thick with dirt and dead bugs, filters look like they've never been cleaned. I cleaned the filter on the bedroom unit but when an A/C is that dirty the whole inside is too and needs to be professionally cleaned. This condo has not been thoroughly cleaned in ages, thick dust everywhere. Wifi didn't work when we arrived, it took my husband hours to get it to work with a very complicated system with 4 controllers. Washer is a joke, can only fit 2 towels and takes hours to complete. Too noisy to run at night. The accommodations completely ruined our vacation, anytime spent at the condo was uncomfortable because of the filth. We both got sick and stopped using the A/C's so at night we were hot and did not sleep well. First day there the A/C hose was hanging with a big hole on the side so bugs could crawl in, we had to duct tape it to keep the bugs out. Little bugs on the counter. Kitchen cupboards sticky and dirty inside. I planned to cook but I was so disgusted by the filth that we ate out everyday which added a big expense to our trip. Stay away from this condo there are so many better ones with hosts that care about the comfort of their guests.

Excellent accommodations and location

Absolutely loved our stay here. Lots of thoughtful amenities provided by the host that made our stay feel like home. Fantastic location close to everything and beach is beautiful! Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Clean, comfy, close to parking spots-beach across street

What we liked best: Location on Island- this is a good “middle” area allows easy day trips to explore whole island, worked well to come back after dark and have most of our dinners at condo to save money. Clean, comfy bed, kitchen well equipped, lot of “to go” items to borrow (beach chairs/coolers-etc) There were many spices and condiments too. The only downside- the condo building was Hard to find when we first arrived at 5pm in the dark. Be sure to get details in advance! Owners are in a different time zone and may not respond until next day. Beach is short walk down parking lot and across street. Street has lots of restaurants close by you can walk to-fun area at night.

Great location

Great location. Good stay for a family of four. There’s a Deco washer/dryer combo in apartment - we were able to wash and hang dry clothes. Check-in was easy. Responsive owner. Beach is across the street. (My only suggestion is to update the photos). Overall good. Thank you.

Love Kihei Kai Nani

Place was a good one. Have stayed in the complex a couple times and as good as any we’ve stayed at. Relatively updated, only complaint at all would be the insufficient washer/drier,. Manager was very responsive. We overheard several other renters that their locations were not good…do your homework. Location within Kihei can’t be beat for access to beaches and restaurants. Best beach was Po’olenalena…turtles galore!

Updated unit steps from the beach

The unit is completely renovated and tidy. I made use of the compound’s pool, and really appreciated that it is close to Kamaole II, restaurants and stores. The kitchen was stocked, I made use of the dual washer/dryer, and the tv in the bedroom was a bonus. Mahalo for letting me stay here.

Location is great; property is okay.

This is a ground-level condo. The natural lighting is very poor. The A/C is a window unit in the living room & portable in bedroom. Poor ventilation. A lot of exterior noise can be heard. The only way to get good lighting is to open the curtain for the sliding door, to which then people outside can easily look in.

Perfect place

I’ve been to a lot of vrbo rentals and this was one of the best places we have rented. First, the owner is a pleasure to work with. Loved the location. You could walk to so many restaurants and beaches. We rented 3 condos for our group and this one by far exceeded expectations. They thought of every need you’d have during your stay.

Great place to stay

Super convenient location where you could load up the trolley and being everything to the beach. Also really close to some good restaurants for good food. We enjoyed waking up early to go to the beach. The snorkel gear was missing for us and the host was advising that other guests may have taken then and not replaced jt. Not a problem for us as we had our own. Also being able to watch Amazon prime or Netflix was a plus at night

Great condo. Private back patio. Updated. Beautifully designed living space and bathroom, comfortable bed. Washer/dryer in unit came in handy. Owners easy to communicate with. Couldn't have been better.

Wonderful!

Amazing. The unit looks exactly like is shown in the listing, its just charming. And per the listing, it is minutes from the beach and minutes from many great and fun places to eat and shop. I was originally tempted to rate this stay poorly to protect my Maui secret :), but the secret is out - this was just a wonderful stay and great communication with the owners - Thank you!

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo was clean and updated, bed was very comfortable in master, pull out sofa bed was a good size and comfortable for our kids. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, which was very much appreciated! The owners were great to work with.l and responsive. My only complaint was that there was no access to the laundry room before 9 am. Coming from the east coast, we were up every day around 5 am and I wanted to use that time to do laundry. We were on the go exploring so much, 9am was way too late for us to still be sitting in the condo starting laundry. It would be nice if there was key access to the laundry room for early morning or late night use.
