It is complete with electric, water, sewer and 50 amp service. Here at the ranch we have lots of stuff to fill your days. Enjoy horse back riding, Air boat rides, skeet shooting, golf and more. There is a restaurant and a saloon as-well. If your here on a Saturday night don't miss the rodeo - get your tickets early, as they do sell out. Or just sit and watch nature as it is all around you. Our lot by the way has nothing behind us. So no neighbors in the back just wild life. Please check with us first before booking as we do have it listed with the office at River Ranch and don't want to double book.
