MEADOWS 126 HOME - 4 BEDROOM, 3 BATH - BEDDING: Master suite including a private bath on the main level including a king bed; BEDROOM #2 Upstairs master suite with a king bed, a day bed, and a private bath. BEDROOM #3 queen bed; BEDROOM #4 has a pyramid bunk and a futon. There is a shared bath in the hallway and a television in every bedroom. Great home for GOLFERS. Wonderful location for your ski or golf getaway. Large rooms, the house is spacious with plenty of room for your family or group getaway. Just 6 miles to the top of Snowshoe Mountain Ski Resort OR less than a mile to the Raven Golf Course. The living room has a 65" inch flat screen to watch your favorite shows at the end of the day (includes a sports package). Back deck and a front porch. Relax in the 6-8 person hot tub and watch the wildlife in the backyard. Electric heat to keep you toasty on those cold winter nights.

NO AIR CONDITIONING PET FRIENDLY

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APARTMENT OVER THE GARAGE HAS A PERMANENT RESIDENT LIVING THERE. THE MAIN HOUSE IS OFF-LIMITS TO THE PERMANENT RESIDENT.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Cozy Cabin at Snowshoe!

Super clean and cozy cabin just a quick 10-minute drive from the Snowshow mountain slopes. The home was very spacious and perfect for our larger group of folks skiing! I would highly recommend this place if looking for a place to stay!

Beautiful house but way too hot in the summer

Pros- The house was in a good location, close to Snowshoe. It is a beautiful house and big enough for a large group. The hot tub was nice. It has very nice decks and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. There was plenty of plates, utensils, etc. The house was nicely decorated. Cons- The house was miserably hot for our entire stay. Before we even arrived we were told that we’d better not turn the thermostat below 72 or it would cause damage and we would be billed for it. Obviously there is a known problem with the AC because even with it set at 72, the temperature inside consistently stayed between 78 and 81. We had to walk outside to cool off. For this reason alone, I would not stay here again. Although it wasn’t a problem for us, there is someone who lives or stays above the garage. I believe that should be disclosed in the listing so that it isn’t a surprise.

A nice property in an awesome location

We arrived really late at the property around 1am and the first thing we saw was a car that was parked in the driveway, we were confused at the beginning if we came to the wrong place but after unlocking we realized that someone was living on the side that is attached to the property. This wasn’t listed on the description hence mentioning so it won’t be of any surprise to the future guests. Second thing, our air conditioning was acting weird, it seems to be fine during the daytime but the heat on the second floor starts going up and it went to up-to 78 at night giving us a hard time. We called up the host and she was nice but it was unfortunate that we couldn’t get much help as it was a weekend and all we could do was leave the Windows opened at night. The stay was clean, the appliances are new and good that gives you that luxury feel inside. The entertainment system was good. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and well maintained. It’s pretty near to snowshoe resorts and a small grocery store 5 mins away that has all the essentials. The property has a nice and big front yard and we spent some good time outside. Overall the property was really good, other than the AC, we had no issues and loved our stay.
