Please note that I need to know who you are before I accept a booking. Please write before you request a booking. I will need a copy of your passport and a private contract signed before I allow you to check in. Huge Central London flat next to Hyde Park, Kensingtion Palace and Notting Hill with ca. 200 sqm inside and 100 sqm outside space !!! 3 very spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, very large living and dining room area, home cinema system, huge terrace and 16 meter long balcony, brand new German kitchen with Miele appliances ! Almost 100 restaurants, London's largest children playground, London's only all year ice rink and 5 different tube line stations within 2-5 minutes from home !!!

Amazing flat in central London

We had an incredible time in your beautiful apartment in Central London and thank you for all your support and advice during our stay !!! The location of the apartment is just incredible just next to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Notting Hill and we could go everywhere on foot!!! The restaurants close to your apartment are also superb and the choice of restaurants is absolutely incredible !!! We enjoyed your incredibly large flat and of course the beautiful outside space that feels like having your own garden in the middle of London!!! We look forward to our next visit and thank you again for everything !!! Karl

Family friendly flat with responsive owners

We traveled from Texas to London for a six week stay at the property with our 16 month old son. Thomas and Eva were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating to anything and everything we needed. When we arrived they left stuffed animals for our son, plus a beautiful welcome gift of fruit and wine. We worked with them to hire their housekeeper for our stay which was very convenient. We were able to easily walk to a number of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and Hyde Park. The location is incredible - with most of our activities taking place in Notting Hill and Kensington. One minor issue was the construction noise from the Whitley across the street which varies day to day (completely out of the owner’s control). Overall we would definitely recommend this property to families with children. Thank you Thomas and Eva for an amazing stay!

The Description And Photos Of This Property Are Inaccurate - NOT RECOMMENDED

This property looked great on the listing and especially in the photos. The problem is that the photos are quite old and the property is rundown, across the street from noisy construction, and in disrepair. In my view, the listing is fraudulently inaccurate and I launched a complaint with VRBO and contested the charge with my credit card provider. I left the property as quickly as possible even though I had reserved it for a month. Beware.
