SUNSHINE n’ DREAMS has a large sunroom with fantastic views of the lake, tropical flare, Dining table with seating for 8, 65 " TV, BluRay, DVD, Xbox and seating area. 8ft Sliding patio door to deck, which has glassed railing for unobstructed views, BBQ grill, Blackstone Flattop grill, seating area, and games. Walking down the ramp or stairs from the deck to dock you will find a nice firepit area with firewood and roasting sticks. We have a Fully stocked kitchen with all amenities you will need. Granite island includes cooktop with exposed exhaust and seating for 3, coffee bar and an additional table that seats 3. 5 G Fiberoptic internet is fast and house has several areas available to work from home. The bottom deck has a great hot tub, TV, Stereo, lounging area, and seating! Just a great hang out and relaxing area!! Large fantastic dock has Tropical Tiki Bar with seating for 10, stereo, TV, great signs, refrigerator, microwave, blender, high fire table for 6, lounges, another table for 6, fishing poles, floats, kayaks, and paddle boards! There are 2 slips available. A 12 by 32 slip and 14 by 46 slip available free of charge with rental of SUNSHINE n' DREAMS! Great place to enjoy family/friends and the beautiful lake! Golfing, restaurants, boat/jet ski rentals and so much more!!
We are close to your favorite restaurants off the Gravois Arm....Lake Burger, Jolly Rogers, Coconuts, Paradise, Shady Gators and more....just a quick boat ride away! Fishing off the dock is great and the Gravois Arm is noted for its excellent fishing!
Home is ready for the new season, new decks, hot tub, Tropical Tiki Bar with seating for 10, fire table and fire pit with seating. Ozarks Trip

This was our first time visiting Lake of the Ozarks and appreciated all the information the owners provided ahead of time regarding restaurants, boat rentals, grocery stores, activities in the area, etc. The rental itself was a perfect set up for the adults and kids, much to do for everyone! We really enjoyed our time and made memories along the way. Thanks to the owners for all they did to have such a great experience!

This is the perfect spot to gather family for a get away from reality. The house is perfect. The dock is magnificent. The time goes way to fast when you are having fun!

A wonderful family vacation

Where do I start ! This was such an amazing stay. Jill and Randy are wonderful people to work with. Very prompt in responding when we had a question . The house is exactly what the description says and the photos are just as they show on vrbo. We had so much fun. The adults and grandkids had plenty of fun with all the water toys. The house has anything you may need during your stay. Do not hesitate to rent this property. You will be taken care of start to finish. We will be back!
