Brand new, stunning duplex located in Errol, NH. The duplex offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and is located with direct access to the snowmobile trails.

The inside of the duplex is warm, and inviting with natural wood finishes. The location is less than 2 miles to the town of Errol and has easy access to Colebrook and Rangley, Maine.

The unit offers a washer and dryer in the basement. It comes fully furnished with linens and a fully equipped kitchen.

Have a larger group? Rent both sides! Interior doors can be opened to allow full access.

Wonderful Hosts

What a great spot to get away. Very clean new cabin set up perfectly for a family or small group of friends. Hosts are very attentive and care deeply for their guests. Can’t wait to stay there again soon.

Hunting Camp

Excellent location, New home and very nice. All necessities needed were supplied. Property managers were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Large driveway able to keep our vehicles and boat right outside the home.

Great snowmobile cabin

This is a duplex and has a great layout with plenty of parking for two trucks and trailers. Beautiful wood craftsmanship throughout. Kitchen is fully stocked and we loved having two bathrooms. You do have to ride the side of the road a little to get to the trail. It would be nice if the plow guys could leave a little more snow on the side of the road. We will definitely book again. Bruce

Great cabin in a beautiful town

We stayed here during our fall trip to New England. Errol is hands down the best place to see Fall foliage. Route 16 and route 26, which are both close to this cabin, are some of the most picturesque routes to see fall foliage. Apart from being in such a great location, this cabin-in-the-woods has a beautiful skylight in the upper level bathroom, a huge basement fully equipped with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and everything else you can ask for in a cabin. The best part of this getaway is the host. They are extremely responsive to any issues that you may have during your stay. We weren't able to get our heater started and we asked the host to look into it in the middle of the night. The host sent someone over immediately and gave us a solution to keep us warm at night. Overall we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely love to come back here next season.

Clean, pleasant stay.

The property is new and very clean, easy access, easy check in. Overall very pleasant. It is a duplex, so we could hear the TV in the other unit most of the time. The living space layout is a little funky.

Home Away From Home

We needed a place to stay that felt like home while we were selling our house. This beautiful property was exactly what we hoped for. The interior is gorgeous wood. The master bed is amazing! The area is perfect for spotting moose!!! We were totally happy with our stay. We even booked an extra week last minute, and Jen gave us a great deal!

Lane Family Rentals is a venture between 3 siblings who grew up in Errol, NH. Jon and his family live in Errol and owns a construction business in town, Jen and her family live in Bow, NH, and Heather and her family live in Washington, DC.

We all grew up loving Errol and all the opportunities for outdoor adventures that it offers. We are happy to welcome visitors a chance to get away from it all and explore all the area offers.
