No Communication
Where to begin. We originally booked a cabin through VRBO but it was through a company called Family Time Rentals. Two days before our check in they cancelled our rental due to a leaky roof. They continuously tried to put us in a condo without enough beds. After threatening to take them to small claims court they put us in this cabin which I was very happy about, until I got there. We could not figure out how to work the t.v.'s and there was missing remotes for a couple of the bedrooms. The knob to the stove was broken and we could not get it to work. I contacted the company and they stated there was no property manager on site in Brianhead. They also did not believe me about the oven and basically called me a liar although I sent then pictures of the broken knob someone just stuck back on. There was beer and water bottles all around outside and none of the outside furniture had been wiped down. The microwave was very tiny which made it hard to heat things up. The door to the patio would not stay shut unless locked which made it a pain for going in and out. The water pressure was horrific. If someone was showering the sink in the kitchen had no pressure to do dishes. Only one shower had a good water pressure and it was the one on the main level. If this shower was being used, no other shower in the cabin could be used. I have never been so disappointed or left a bad review. I called multiple times and no one got back with me to this day. Horrible company.
