The different living spaces, skilfully distributed over 3 levels, will provide you with comfort and well-being, proudly facing the wild beauty of the Bay of Arcachon.

THE VILLA

Enter the villa through a superb glass front door, illuminating your arrival and your first moments. When you open this door, you will find a large living room bathed in light, with large sofas inviting you to relax, with a permanent view of the Bay. In the extension of the living room, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, to allow you to cook in all circumstances, or to entrust the management of the meals to a chef.

A large library and a vast dining room will facilitate the organization of dinners, receptions and cocktails with your family and friends. There are also two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first one offers a queen size bed (160cm x 200cm) and the second one offers two single beds (90cm x 190cm).

On the garden level, a seminar room equipped with an LCD screen, sound system, paperboard, storage, ideal for your cinema sessions or conferences. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on this level. The terrace and the garden will allow you to swim immediately on the beaches of Pyla, thanks to a private access guaranteeing you calm and intimacy. This will allow you to live magical moments, as if suspended out of time, to swim far from the eyes and the summer agitation.

On the first floor, you will appreciate the two parental suites with a 360° view of the Basin, as well as another bedroom with a shower room. Lounge and relaxation area are at your disposal.

The private car park inside the property will allow you to park your vehicles in complete safety.
A barbecue will also brighten up your sunny outdoor meals, during summer grills.

Marie, a native of the region, will be present on your arrival to welcome you and familiarise you with the villa. She will also be available during your stay for any particular request or information.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 4200€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
