The Del Mar Beach Villas offers a relaxing and "kicked back" vibe for our guests. In other words, guests can still enjoy a calm & fun atmosphere without all the hustle and bustle, or, worrying about waking up Grandma & Grandpa lol. We like to say it's a nice "Happy Medium."

From the minute you walk in, you realize this hidden gem is all about location, coziness, & functionality. Ample space aside, the living area provides plenty of lounge seating for small families. Sprawl out on the sofa or kick back in the cushy, overstuffed chairs to enjoy your favorite movies streams on the sizeable LED TV. With a fully stocked California Kitchen & standard appliances, guests are able to dine and entertain with ease. Connected is a beautifully appointed 3 person bar high top to enjoy a cocktail or two! Continue down the hallway towards your sleeping quarters. The Master Bedroom contains it's own private bathroom with walk in shower. The bright and airy room exudes a cozy & casual beach hotel vibe. The comfortable Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) awaits your beauty rest. Plenty of closet and drawer space available for short term or longer term stays. Down the hall is the 2nd guest bedroom w/Queen Bed. A slightly similar layout/style, ensuring condo comfort living by the beach. Exit the Guest Room to another full bathroom with Combo shower/tub.

But let's not forget the best part about the unit. The charming balcony offers tranquil ocean views of fabulous, lush Del Mar. Enjoy an occasional Beach Coaster cruise by via the infamous train tracks, splashing you with an extra special element.
