Your Bungalow includes a spacious one bedroom with Hardwood floors, Full kitchen, for the nights you want to stay in & rejuvenate. However, if you feel like an evening stroll through the canals, the bay, or the beach; you are conveniently located walking distance from all that and restaurants, shops, & entertainment including rental boats, movies, volleyball courts, concerts in the park, & farmer's markets. Potential for Street Noise.

MUST PROVIDE GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID at booking & Sign Rental Agreement. MIN AGE to Rent is 30.

Location! Location! Location!

Definitely a great place to stay if you're into great nearby restaurants, endless stretches of beautiful beaches for water activities, and watching stunning sunsets that you'd swear were Photoshopped!

Great first time stay

I was a little nervous about my first stay, but M was a gracious host who walked me through everything and made my stay very comfortable. The location is great, in particular, during the holiday time with the Naples Boat parade and the lights walking distance away. The house was incredibly clean. I immediately felt comfortable when I walked in the door. Thank you for provided an great experience for my first time. I hope others find your space as special as I did.

What a Gem in a Fantastic Location!!!

The location of this property is sooooo convenient. I walked everywhere and felt extremely safe. This is not an updated property but is well kept and really highlights the original features of the home. As a digital nomad I typically travel with my own sheets and pillowcases. But the bedding here was fantastic quality! This will be the only place I stay when visiting the area.

Cozy cottage

Very cozy and comfortable cottage. Nice bay near by, easy access to good food and beaches. We will stay here again.

comfortable, easy stay

Nice location for getting to all the fun things to see and do in the area. Yes, traffic is a bit loud (as we had read) but not too bad and worth it to be in walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. Very fun area and easy place to stay for 2.

Great location, lots of street noise

The location of the cottage was ideal. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and activities. If you have problems with noise this is not the place for you. It is on the busiest street on the island. You can’t sleep with the windows open. It is even hard to converse in the living room with the windows open.

Clean, comfortable and close to everything Naples Island area has to offer

This unit is centrally located with several great restaurants right across the street and grocery stores a short walk away. Belmont Shore, with its huge variety of restaurants and shops is a short walk away. Kayak, paddleboard rentals and swimming are within walking distance as well. Our host, M, could not have been more kind or responsive.

The Best Getaway!!

Excellent location, walking distance to everything....restaurants, bars, beaches, bay and easy access to the freeway,,,yet faraway enough to have a chill vibe!! Well appointed home. Sparkling clean, cozy and very comfortable. Host was great and answered my questions promptly. Wont be the last time I visit this place for sure...I will definitely be back and book this same place again business and pleasure!!

Beach Getaway

We wanted a beach getaway and this place did not disappoint. The host was very welcoming and the home spotless! We brought our Stand up paddle boards and dropped them in the bay at the end of the block Cruising the canals, mother's beach & alamitos bay. In the evenings we stored our boards in the side yard and enjoyed happy hour in the lush front garden. Great for people watching! Then we strolled to all the amazing restaurants on 2nd st, the marina, and PCH. No car needed! Which was great because all the restaurants now have outdoor dining in the street. It felt like a European plaza. Cant wait to return during the holiday season for all the ligts and parades in Naples.

Weekend Getaway

Exceptional home in walking distance to amazing beaches and Naples Canals. Excellent Host in a fantastic neighborhood. We could walk to everything we needed and yet we were 5 mins to all major highways. Look forward to returning to this chill spot.
