It is composed of a pretty living room, an open plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you will be able to take advantage of a beautiful fenced garden as well as a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days. - A laundry room, access from the kitchen through which you can also access the garden.

Come and discover the charming commune of Saint-Pôtan and its surroundings, walk along the GR34 along the Emerald Coast, visit the castles of La Latte and Hunaudaye, practice water sports and go on boat trips... You can recharge your batteries with the Breton sea air.
