Luxury apartment in a new building in Surin beach is beautifully furnished and ideally located.
An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 3 minutes (motorbike) away or a 10 minute walk.The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area, a swimming pool in front of the apartment and a third pool on the other side of the building.
Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area.

The fully air conditioned duplex is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and safe.
The bathroom includes a walk in shower and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai.
The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hot plate, microwave and kettle.
Lounge area offers a flat screen TV with cable channels.
On the upper floor of the loft there is a sofa bed and another TV. A second bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.
This unit has an outdoor patio with furniture and sunbeds.

There are 3 swimming pools, one on rooftop and two swimming pools around the building with sun beds, gym with AC and view. High speed wifi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided by reception upon arrival. Please note that is not suitable for working online as it might not be reliable enough.

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules.  Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odours. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage. 

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.

Cleaning is not included. If cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Cost is 1200THB per time.

Late check in is available on request free of charge.
