Private, 1920s 2nd townhome, listed on the California State Historic register. Large King Bed. Light & bright near down town LA and Echo Park. Refurbished, with original details, hardwood floors, and nine foot tall ceilings. Classic stove, DW, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster.
2 TVS, Wifi, Roku with Netflix.
No parking. Best for people who like to walk, bike or Uber. The closest rental lot is 4 blocks away.
Smoking allowed on patio. Private laundry room with W/D.
The space
Fully furnished. Comfortable vintage feel. No sharing. Place is your own. In-unit laundry, appliances and dishwasher. No space is shared.
Guest access
Whole apartment, in-unit laundry, kitchen bath, 2 bedrooms...
Other things to note
No parking. Sorry. No pets unless approved of in advance. Joe's Auto Parks is about a 10 min walk and costs $100/month (or so). (3rd &Miramar- call for details)

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ Other requirements★:
Security Deposit of $500 to be held via credit card.
E-signed Guest lease.
Copies of governmentally issued identification of all guests over the ages of 18.

Our home is filled with my art work featuring Echo Park, spa luxuries, soft pillows and cuddly blankets as well as fun retro games for friends and family. Plus, lots of coffee and chocolate kisses! My goal is to make your stay so comfortable that you never want to leave. This historic home is walking distance to many Los Angeles sights, including The Broad Museum, Symphony Hall, the MOCA and Echo Park Lake.
Designed by architect David J. Witmer in 1923. The State Historical Resource Commission calls it a “unique and invaluable property type” near the heart of Los Angeles.
Minutes from Downtown L.A., Echo Park, Dodger Stadium, Koreatown, USC and Silverlake. 10 Miles to Walt Disney Studios, 8.2 Miles to Universal Studios Hollywood, 5 miles to Columbia Records,
Bike, Uber, Scooter. Street parking is EXTREMELY challenging/limited. Parking garage is available by a third party for $100/month and is a 10 minute walk. It is much better if you don't have a car. 10 Miles to Disney.
