Absolutely the very WORST VRBO we have ever rented! Do not stay here!
Here is a list of items wrong with this VRBO rental:
1) Dirty, not clean when we checked in. Black long hair in the tubs, no one in our family has black hair; mold along the tub wall joints; mirrors had spots on them; windows were extremely dirty; dust and debris between the two refrigerators; dust balls on the top of the bedroom headrails; silverware and pans were dirty.
2) Bed sheets would not stay on the mattress, we pulled the sheets off the last day we were there and there were urine stains on all the beds. No mattress pads or covers.
3) There were two refrigerators side by side in the dining room, one of them did not work.
4) Very poorly equipped! No soap in bathrooms; had to ask for a broom; no towels for the kitchen, owner brought a broom and it had a broken handle. No washcloths or hand towels for the bathrooms; only three forks in the kitchen. Only two or three hangers in the closet.
5) Two bedrooms only had portable closets that looked like tents. Not sure you can call these bedrooms.
6) Cockroaches' in the kitchen area, we killed multiple roaches on the counters and floor.
7) Some kind of white powder in the kitchen area, under the stove, in corners etc.
8) Parking is very difficult. There are supposed to be 2-assigned parking spots per unit, but we kept finding a car from Texas parked in our designated spot. There is no sign or marking indicating where people are to park, just a rough map in the unit.
9) We were given one trash can liner for a 8-day rental.
10) Faucet in the kitchen is loose and drips continually.
11) No light over the entrance door, very dark when we came back at night.
12) Roku player for the living room TV was missing a power cord. TV in the main bedroom was not connected to cable and you could not see it from the bed.
13) Walls were completely bare and the furniture was dirty and extremely uncomfortable.
So, you may be thinking why did we stay here under such deplorable conditions? The only reason we stayed is we committed to decorating a Rose Parade Float and could not find other accommodations within a 50-mile radius, so had no choice!
