My studio apartment is located over a garage and is perfect for a couple or single traveler. I live a on a tree lined street and it is super quite. I am also close to lots of restaurants. It is more like a mother-in-law suite. It has everything you need stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. It is in a very safe neighborhood a long the little Arkansas River.

Nice place with great hosts

Attended a event at Wichita State University, Justin and Lindy were great hosts and their VRBO was a nice place to stay.

Perfect

Very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Perfect for one or two people and the neighborhood is quaint, quiet and well kept. Hosts are excellent. Really great place to stay.

Great little space

Girls' weekend trip

The property was great. A very quiet neighborhood and so clean. Well stocked so we could make a couple meals. And so thoughtful of the owners to give us a discount at their pizza place for dinner before the Lindsey Stirling concert. We look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you.

Great stay in a cozy place

This is a great place to stay that was very convenient for us on the northwest side of Wichita. Easy access to the 235 and 96. Very comfy accommodations and very attentive and communicative owners. We would stay again!

Hello, my name is Lindy. I am from a small town in the middle of Kansas and moved to Wichita about 15 years ago. I love Wichita and everything it has to offer. I have worked for a data storage company for the last 7 years and Justin has been an adjuster for an insurance company for the last 15 years. We also run a property management business on the side. In our spare time you find us traveling, or spending the weekends at the lake. We have a labradoodle, Chewie and a goldendoodle, Lola that we enjoy walking and taking them to the dog park. Justin and I love meeting new people and have made some great friendships from hosting people at our guest house.

Since the garage is detached you can come and go as you please and you will have parking right next to the door. You do have to come in the back yard to get to the door. The dogs may come greet you. If you are afraid of dogs, this place may not be for you.
