This home is perfect for families or individuals looking for a comfortable place to sleep and stay while visiting the city. It is intended for residential use only. The backyard is fully enclosed with a chain-link fence. However, it faces Ridge Rd., so people walking on the street may occasionally be visible. It can noisy during peak hours!

Hot Tub Availability: Our hot tub is accessible year-round, providing a relaxing experience regardless of the season. During the summer, the water temperature is comfortably set between 80-90°F for your enjoyment.

Security Camera: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property.

Number of Guests: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 8 adults for overnight stays. All bunk beds are designated for children up to 12 years old only.
