Modern Premium Townhome at Forest Ridge. Shuttle to Loon. Pool & Tesla charger!

Enjoy the White Mountains all year round. In the winter, easily hit the slopes - Loon Mountain is 3 minutes (shuttle from front door) and Cannon Mountain 15 minutes away by car. Hop on the shuttle to Loon Mountain on the weekends from our front door. During the rest of the seasons, enjoy everything the Lincoln area has to offer - hiking, kayaking, exploring the area, swimming on the lakes and rivers, etc. Access to the Forest Ridge association including indoor and outdoor pools, gym, walking trails, tennis courts, etc. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms, two of them with bunk beds, 4 bathrooms (including a hot tub). Large Family Room with fire place. Dinning table for +8. Three +60 TVs with all streaming apps. Kitchen is fully equipped. Additional Family/Game Room in the Basement. 3 Bedrooms in the second floor and 1 Bedroom in the Basement with its own full bathroom. Ideal for two families with kids. We also have 3 different desks for those remote school/work weeks!. Free WIFI. AC. Large Deck with a Weber Grill to enjoy every season, with partial views of Loon Mountain. SoloStove firepit (outdoor/driveway use). One car garage with a TESLA charger. Plenty of space for a second and/or third card outside.

We look forward to our next visit!

This townhome was perfect for our family with teens. The rooms are very spacious and the townhome had many upgraded features which made us feel right home. It was super close to Loon resort and everywhere else in town. We look forward to our next trip!

Great vacation rental.

My partner and I found the townhouse to be spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Forest Ridge is a wonderful place to stay when vacationing in Lincoln. We enjoyed time spent with other family members who were easily accommodated in this vacation rental. Booking and managing the trip was easily accomplished and the hosts responded promptly to any questions. I would definitely book again without any reservations.

Nice base to explore the white mountains

We enjoyed the clean and comfortable house. And, we took advantage of the sports club to play some pickleball. We enjoyed Great hiking and natural beauty along the scenic drive. It was a fun family adventure.

An impressive townhouse! Very spacious, well organized and decorated beautifully. The finished basement was such a plus. It is only a few miles from the Loon mountain. Fantastic place. I hope to return.

Awesome condo!

Great piece of property. 5 mins from the mountain and a minute away from Main street which includes restaurants, stores, and activities. Very clean and plenty and room for everyone. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

great family vacation!

This is our third time coming up to Lincoln NH, and first time staying at this property. This place is beautiful and roomy and had everything we needed. My daughters loved having their own rooms and one of them even decided to make the downstairs her own apartment for the week since she had her own bedroom, bath and living room! Lots of space, comfortable set up and quiet location. We enjoyed using the pools in the evening and how close everything is for dining, ice cream, and right down the road to Whale's Tale waterpark and Clark's Trading post.

Summer Fun Family Vacation 2023

As our family continues to grow we needed more room, including more bedrooms. This condo was a perfect place for us. My granddaughter loved the jacuzzi tub (she’s 8). My grandson loved being able to fish at the pond ( not sure there were any fish in it, lol). Many meals spent at the dining room table and afternoon cocktails on the balcony. So glad there was a working BBQ. Overall this home was clean and inviting from the moment we entered. We plan to be back next year, as everyone enjoyed this stay.

Great property but a few hiccups

The property is in a fantastic location! Very modern, clean, and have most all of the amenities. We came with another family and the space is large enough for 8. There is a clubhouse with heated pool and hot tub. There were a few hiccups that prevented me from giving this a full 5 stars. 1: The check-in process was not great. We arrived but never got the code for the door. Luckily the owner picked up my call and provided the code. He mistakenly thought we were going to arrive the next day. Ok...no biggie. 2: We did not have enough toilet paper for the bathrooms. There were only one roll in two of the bathrooms, with none elsewhere. The host said they would ask the home manager to bring some, unfortunately that was not until the next day. We had to go buy some ourselves. 3: To access the clubhouse, you needed an access card. It was nowhere to be found. Per the owner's instructions, it was supposed to be in several drawers, but it was not there. Seems like maybe the previous renter took it with them? Anyway, luckily the clubhouse attendant let us in without a card. None of these are dealbreakers, but the fact that there were three separate issues added unnecessary stress to what was a good weekend. Overall, a great stay, but hopefully these issues gets addressed for future guests.

Summer Vacation 2024

This was our second year at this condo. As we have family in the area it was a great place for us to gather. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favor but still had some great outdoor adventures. This home is great, spacious and clean. Fernando responded to my emails in a timely fashion. We will be back next summer!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Beautiful condo

This is our second stay at this location. The condo was perfect for our family. It is centrally located to all the attractions, nicely decorated, and had just about all the supplies we needed. The only thing missing from the condo is measuring cups and measuring spoons. We do all our own cooking and missed just those two items. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great fall weekend

Great property

The condo is beautiful and clean. There was an issue with the wifi that the owner promptly fixed with the cable company. The gas fireplace was not working, which would have been nice since it was quite chilly. This was our 2nd stay here and we loved it both times. We did not use the pool facilities. We did use the gas grill for dinner one night and it worked fine. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic! Clean, new, and great for families!

Loved our stay in this spacious and new condo. Well stocked and nicely appointed. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Took advantage of the solo stove and firewood to roast s’mores one evening. Having access to the garage was really handy for storing bikes when not in use. Highly recommend this property for your summer or winter vacation in Lincoln/Loon!

Everything you look for in a vacation spot

Hosts are super to communicate with and very accommodating. Townhouse is impeccably decorated and very clean and modern. Community is in a great location with nice amenities. Super relaxing and never crowded. Have stayed a few times and it’s always where we try to book!!

Relaxing environment

We enjoyed our stay in this property even though we got to Lincoln a 7-10 days earlier for the fall foliage. We live in Orlando, Florida. The decor of this 3 story townhome with the finished walk out basement was well appointed. It’s the only place we will stay for fall foliage next year!

Immaculate condo with great amenities

We stayed here for the NH Highland Games at Loon Mountain. The condo is beautiful and very nicely decorated. While we did not use the pool on this trip we have in the past and it is very nice. The owners are very quick to reply to any communications. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Lincoln area.
