Come relax and escape to our stylish contemporary home tucked into the Yucca Valley Mountains. This property is secluded and surrounded by boulders and a dramatic desert landscape. Conveniently located minutes from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Relo Ranch boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, two bright living rooms, full kitchen, dining area, garage with ping pong table and an outdoor fire pit with seating to sit back and relax and enjoy the stars above.

• THE SPACE
The house is surrounded by windows allowing tons of natural light to freely flow in and boasts beautiful views of the desert landscape in every direction. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people. 2 bedrooms offer queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The meditation room offers a fireplace, a comfortable daybed, and yoga mats for your use.

The property is yours to roam and relax. With multiple separate lounge areas, we have created the perfect setting for a cup of coffee with the sunrise or a cocktail during Golden Hour.

• THE OUTDOORS
Access to game room garage with ping pong table and an outdoor fire pit in the front yard with seating to sit back and relax and enjoy the stars above. Hot tub coming late September!

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• A/C
The Relo Ranch has central AC and heat so you can be comfortable all year around.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.

• WASHER/DRYER
A washer and dryer available to guests that's are staying with us for an extended period for 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room too.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
