Our lovely villa has High-Speed WIFI suitable for online working and studying. It is situated on the Solana Resort Community which is located on the US27 between the 192 and the I4. The community is close to Disney, shopping areas, and several championship golf courses. Being close to the I4 gives easy access to the West Gulf Coast beaches as well as Busch Gardens, and North to Orlando itself and the Space Centre.

This villa has 5 bedrooms/3 en-suite masters, 4 bathrooms and a private pool and spa, sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. It is about 15 minutes from Disney World, minutes away from many golf courses and near all the major attractions.

Awesome home!

We loved the home and made it work but the accuracy of the location on VRBO needs to be corrected. The host was very responsive but due to the location being in Davenport and not Orlando, it negatively impacted my work schedule as we had to leave the house earlier than planned and we had to stop working at 4pm to avoid the heavy Orlando area traffic. We adjusted to make it work but this is no reflection on the property or the owner as both were awesome! Thanks

Fabulous Family Time

Everything was wonderful. The management company and host were really responsive to every inquiry. Week after week we had a different family come to visit and they all enjoyed the house and especially the pool. Having the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was exactly what we needed. We would definitely book again.

This property was larger than expected; ample room for our group; responded quickly to an inquiry; very clean and entertainment for the group; no issues at the gate entering and/or leaving; ample parking for 2 vehicles; easy access to food shopping and small runs!!!

Beautiful home and great value

Great home, loved all the rooms for family and having the pool plus the clubhouse was great. It was near a Publix which was a good bonus and near some restaurants. The downside is that it is not in Hunters creek as advertised, it was much further away which meant dealing with toll roads and traffic far from our event near the airport. Host was gracious and offerrees a refund right away due to this misunderstanding but we continued with the reservation. We all liked the house. The towels were thin and not very clean so new towels are recommended. All other things were great.

Good for what we needed it for.

The house looks beautiful and match the pictures in Vrbo posting. Address does not match. Drive was one hour from Universal Studios (one way), not 21 minutes like posted address suggests. Not enough lighting in pool area. Otherwise, house was good for what we needed it for.

Amazing host

We enjoyed our stay and May was the best host we've ever had. She replied to our questions rapidly and always had our satisfaction at heart. The house was well equipped, the kitchen had all we needed in great condition, lots of pool towels, high chair. Thanks a lot !!

Enjoyed the weather

We rented this property for a month, mid January to mid February. First, this property is not in Hunter Creek like the listing says, it is in Davenport, Florida. That being said, it is a good location in my opinion and the gated community amenities were great also. We found the master bedroom bed to be pretty soft and saggy as well as the couches in the living room. Our guests found the other beds to be ok though. We found that the kitchen is lacking in utensils, pots and pans. We even bought a hand mixer and left it there for the next renters. The dishwasher needs to be attached to the cabinet so it doesn't fall out when you open the door. The kitchen faucet hot and cold water is reversed. It was mandatory to run a fan in the master bedroom to drown out the parties next door almost every night into the early morning!

Great place and location.

After finding this great place, every interaction with the property manager was simple and quick. The property listed was exactly like the displayed online. My sisters and I had a marvelous time at this property and we would definitely rebook again

Had A Good Stay July 3-9th 2022

This home is exactly what you see in the pictures.It was a great size for me and my family there were 8 of us. It’s about 30 minutes outside of Orlando the drive is not bad if you’re looking to do the big three attractions. There’s lots of places to shop and many restaurants very close by. May does respond Very quickly with any problems that you may have. They do provide you with towels and linen for the house about seven or eight beach towels for the pool. We had a great stay at this house besides a small hiccup when we first checked in (cleaning company left some dirty linen) and there were small black bugs in the middle bathroom and the first bedroom to the left of that bathroom that did bite my son they were not ants or bedbugs. I did a dress that with May and she said she was going to get an exterminator right to the house when we left. Other than that we had a great time!!

Great family vacation

This beautiful home had many extras that made our time there more comfortable. We had small children and there were many pieces of equipment for them, I.e. crib, high chair, strollers. The pool was large and had a gate. Many extras that made life easier like liquid hand soap, kitchen scrubber, lots of bath and swim towels. Beds were all comfortable. Mai was wonderful to work with. She made sure everything was set and was proactive if there were things we needed. The patio door out to the pool area whistled when opened which was a great safety feature with the children. We had the pool heated so we could use it regardless of weather and it was very reasonably priced. The community had a nice playground for the children. It also had easy access to the theme parks and the airport.

I’d rent this again

The property was clean, the space was perfect for two families. The only issue was the pool didnt get very warm but that’s also to do with the weather. Overall we all said we’d stay again, it was perfect location wise from Disney, Disney Springs, grocery stores and shopping malls.

Like home

This was our first time renting a home. It was nice to have the space but having to do laundry, dishes & take out the trash was not a “fun” part of vacation. Plus had to worry that the property owner would blame us for things that were broken before we got there. We had a few pool temp issues & the owner & property manager were both rude about resolving the issue. In the end we got it worked out but a little customer service training wouldn’t hurt! I won’t rent from this one again.
