We had 6 adults, 3 kids; 16, 12, & 5.
The screened in deck was not clean: tables sticky, crackers and wrappers on ground and the windows and door out to screened in porch were extremely dirty. Happy there was a vacuum and I cleaned it up & wiped windows. Bedrooms had Cheetos under beds. Several pans, dishes and silverware were put away dirty.
Queen bed needs new mattress as it is very worn and not comfortable.
We would suggest providing a few additional supplies for renters renting multiple weeks. We stayed two weeks and the property manager was very nice and gave us some additional tp, paper towel, laundry soap, & dishwasher soap. We bought our own extras and cleaning supplies and we left a supply as well. :-)
It was a lovely house, we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again,
The property management team was very nice and understanding.
