Come relax in our cool central apartment well equipped to make you feel at home just minutes from the U of A, and downtown. Zip down to historic 4th ave or Congress street just 10 minutes away for Tucson's eclectic dining and nightlife. Catch the streetcar on 4th ave to explore Tucson's booming downtown or visit the U of A. We are pet friendly and you have access to a shared dog yard. There are one reserved covered parking space and a couple of shared spaces. Free coffee and washer and dryer.

Great for our Purpose

The location, while in a less than savory location, was perfect for our needs. We are considering pastoring in the neighborhood and this gave us first hand access to where we will be serving.

We found this property to be adequate only. It's in a run down building in a rundown neighborhood. The internet would not stay connected for either of our laptops. The unit was furnished with worn furniture, but had a good selection of linens and kitchen utensils. I contacted the owner about the internet he just said said to try rebooting it. That was the first thing I tried. I think it was way over priced and can not recommend it.

Worst stay ever!

The reviews were not authentic. Worst trip ever! There's homeless/drug addicts living in their van parked right out in front of the house. There's drug addicts shooting up heroin and smoking meth right across the street in the alcove of the abandoned building across the street. Homeless people drug addicts everywhere. I did not feel safe walking outside. The apartment was terrible. Does not sleep 5 people. Maybe one person and four infants. The pull out bed in living room was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The other bed wasn't much better. Very small kitchen and claustrophobic. Loud cars constantly driving up and down the street. Closed down and abany businesses everywhere. The worst part of town. Do not stay here. I had to ask for a refund and the host ripped me off. Was so happy to get out of there. This was my third vacation rental in Tucson and the first two were great. Can't say that for this one. Beware!

Great location to U of A. Very clean and well stocked! Thank you so much for a great stay. My 9 year old loved the ottoman that turns into a pullout!

Great Stay In Tucson's Keeler District

We stayed at this property for a month. We found the unit to be comfortable, clean, and everything we needed was supplied. Our host, Kelley, was very responsive and quickly answered our inquiries. We would return to this property.

Great property w/a Great location

My wife & daughter stayed at this property during a college visit to see U of A. It is conveniently located close to campus. It is very clean and cozy. The owner was very communicative as well. I would have no hesitation in staying at this property again (probably will do so if my daughter chooses to go to school in Tucson).

Convenient, Cool Tucson Condo

We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this Vrbo to other travelers. Kelley, the owner/manager, was very helpful.

Great apartment and host

This was my second stay in this location and third with this host. Kelley was very accommodating and the apartment was fully equipped and very clean. It's walking distance to a supermarket, CVS, Presta Coffee, a few restaurants (including excellent Indian food), and a quick trip to downtown and the U of A. I'll surely be back!
