Perfect

Very quiet with private pool and access to many pool toys. Perfect location - close to shopping and restaurants and many beaches! The house was very clean and spacious with TVs in every room. We will be back!

Excellent place and stay

The place neighborhood was great. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice neighborhood. House was clean. Pool was a little dirty cause of the wind blowing the trees. Leave and bugs were in the pool but we cleaned it with the net they have available. And pool water was so cold. It would’ve been ten times better if it was heated

Wonderful holiday - Dream Haven

Everything was perfect! It was a wonderful holiday in a dream house. The house is very well maintained, was very clean when we arrived. It is very already set up and there is really everything you need.

Perfect Getaway

The house was just as advertised. The location was perfect, very quiet. Wonderful backyard oasis that we really enjoyed. It was clean and had everything you would need for vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

Beautifully decorated home in a quiet neighborhood. This was our second time staying at this house and will definitely be back. This time we came in August and the pool was perfect for family fun. Loved the lanai and the yard was great for friendly corn hole games. Can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing

We had a relaxing, week-long stay. The home was very clean and matched the listing. The weather was great. although the pool water was a bit chilly, given that we went in early April. I would recommend bringing/buying beach towels, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and any seasonings you might need with you.

Perfect for those who love being outside

Pool,cabana and fenced in yard were a total plus. The bathroom was very small and our taller friends really didn't fit in most of the beds. Definatly a better option for a family with younger kids.

Nice House

We enjoyed our stay at Dream Haven. The layout of the home is very family friendly. The backyard is private and very nice, although sadly, it was too cold to use the pool this trip. We did enjoy the screened porch. Our grandchildren loved the bunk bed! So much so that they have asked if we can rent your home the next time we come to visit them!

Beautiful house

Beautiful house very comfortable and well located, just a couple of recommendations for the future missing a light in the BBQ area, a switch for the pergola lights and a heater for the pool would be great, these are only recommendations not a complaint. We really enjoyed the house a lot and you see a destination to return to.

Fantastic House

The house was beautiful and very clean. The house was decorated beautifully. The furniture was both comfortable and nice looking. Beds were comfortable. We were very impressed with everything about the stay. One small recommendation would be to put a couple of hooks in the smaller bathroom to hold clothes during showers. Very clean and comfortable

This property was very clean. Loved the fact that there were no carpets. Loved the salt water pool, used it everyday! Nice set up. Glad it had a gas grill. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in shed along with pool stuff. Would be nice if the light switches were marked. Easy check in. Couldn’t figure out the check out process but just made sure everything was locked.

Great Getaway House

The property was very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool in this quiet neighborhood. Rooms are large and comfortable. St. Augustine is about 30 minutes North of rental and Daytona about 40 minutes South. Took a nice dinner cruise in Daytona while there. Would recommend for any family. Enough linens and bath towels and 4 nice pool towels, pool toys, basic starter items of TP, Dish Detergent, trash liners, etc. but you will probably need to purchase more. We left several rolls of paper towels, TP, napkins, straws, etc. One suggestion, please replace the toaster, it is old and very hard to operate.

We will be back!

We had an amazing time! Everyone's favorite feature was the pool and game table. I grew up in Palm Coast but then moved out of state, so we visit often. Each of my kids asked us to book this every time we visit. My 9 year old even asked for the link so he could "save it forever". The pool was saltwater so I must have missed that in the listing but it didn't matter to us either way. I am not familiar with salt water pools so when the water became cloudy and discovered halfway through our stay I contact the property manager and it was resolved immediately. Great communication. The decor was beautiful and you can tell the homeowners take pride in their vacation home. They did not cut corners anywhere (which we've seen in plenty of other rental properties over the years). There were plenty of pool floats and toys but we had brought our own, which we wouldnt have needed to. We will book this property again next time we come! Thanks for making our visit perfect!

Clean house but....

We are in the process of moving and have stayed in several VRBOs recently, this house did not have alot of anything. This house was super clean but you need to bring everything! There was 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher tab absolutely zero spices, not even salt and pepper. I understand having a little so people dont take advantage but we paid nearly $2000 and we expected it to be like the others in the area we just stayed at. Also, this is managed by a property managment company so good luck getting the answers you need in a timely manner, it took them 3 days to call me back....
